Shipping policy

Most Sugar, Scars & Stars products are made to order and may be fulfilled by different production partners. Production and delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier, and provider.

The PHAK OFF Pride Tee is expected to ship in approximately 5–7 business days. Timing for other products may vary. Any shipping charge shown at checkout is the amount charged for that order; some products include free shipping.

Orders containing products from different fulfillment partners may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us at ministy@sugarscarsstars.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment begins.

Carrier, weather, customs, and holiday delays may occur after an order leaves the fulfillment partner. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

If tracking shows a problem or a package has not arrived within the carrier’s expected window, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
